|Recommended: YesExcellent, professional staff. The maintenance department is always on top of any issues. The amenities are very nice and the property is maintained very well. A bonus is the location which is close to stores and restaurants , all within walking distance.

Charter Creek was a great place for my family to live. All the amenities and perks that came along with living here was wonderful.

|Recommended: YesThe rental office employees are very nice. very polite. They are very helpful. The maintenance men are very nice and friendly. I really like the picnic area has a nice grill so you can cook your food out side. The swimming pool i really like. there is a world pool area next to the swimming pool that you can sit and relax. The apartment I live in is very nice.. There are lots of parking places to park your car.. The people that lives their are very friendly. The grounds are very nice. the best thing that I like the parking lot is well lighted at night. same with the entrance way of the apartments. There is a pool party picnic at this apartment complex. in the summer. in the winter in March of this year, they had a wine and paint night. This is a nice way to meet your neighbors that lives at this apt complex.

|Recommended: YesLove.. but dated — I love the community, the community management office team and the neighbors. The apartments are nice but could use a bit of updating. For the price paid, appliances, countertops, fixtures and vinyl flooring could be updated.
But other than that I love it here
