The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and my neighbors are so friendly and kind — The property is beautiful, well maintained and the staff is wonderful to work with. It is very quiet, but the neighbors are very friendly. The location is excellent Very convenient to everything, nice suburban feel, yet right off the interstates and 15 minutes to everything in Richmond. Great place for pets, with a great walking trail.

Since I've known him I've found him to be personable, professional, and efficient correct the first time in any maintenance problem I've experienced. Charter Creek is lucky and grateful to have him. |Recommended: YesBeautifully maintained, quiet, and wonderful neighbors. — The second we moved into Charter Creek we were instantly impressed. The upkeep of the apartments is fantastic. Our last place we constantly had problems from the minute we moved in with appliances and plumbing breaking. Everything is in perfect working order and looks great with the style of the apartment. The apartment is equipped with all the appliances you could need such as washer, dryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal. We also have a patio which gives us a secluded little nook for relaxing outside.
The walls are so well insulated We never hear any outside noise. When we go outside, all the neighbors are extremely friendly and well mannered.
Amber in the leasing office made renting and transitioning to this apartment fantastic. She answers emails promptly and very nicely. We lived several hours away and could not see the apartment before we moved in, so Amber sent photos and kept me updated throughout the entire renting process which made everything much less stressful. I would recommend this community to anyone It is by far, the best apartment we've ever had

|Recommended: YesEveryone is very friendly — Everyone I have met is so nice and the complex is always so clean. It also is very quiet. I never hear anyone other than their dogs sometimes, but I have dogs too so it doesn't bother me. I feel very safe here and I would recommend living here to anyone.
